By booking an appointment with The Cozy Canine, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

 

Appointments & Cancellations

 

 

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

 

 

Late Arrivals

 

 

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

 

 

 

Health & Behavior

 

 

  • All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and free from contagious conditions.

  • Owners must inform the groomer of any health concerns, injuries, or behavioral issues prior to grooming.

  • Aggressive behavior may result in the service being stopped for the safety of the pet and groomer.

 

 

 

Grooming Process

 

 

  • Grooming times may vary depending on coat condition, behavior, and services requested.

  • Mats may require additional time or shaving for the pet’s comfort and safety.

 

 

 

Accidents & Liability

 

 

  • While every precaution is taken, grooming carries inherent risks.

  • The Cozy Canine is not liable for pre-existing conditions, stress-related reactions, or undisclosed health issues.

 

 

 

Payment

 

 

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Prices may vary based on coat condition and service needs.

 

 

 

Photos & Marketing

 

 

  • The Cozy Canine may take photos of pets for marketing and social media unless otherwise requested by the owner.
