Refund Policy

       

 

         Refunds 

  • Refunds are not offered for completed grooming services.

  • If you are unhappy with a service, please notify at the time of pickup or within 24 hours of the appointment so concerns can be addressed and adjusted in a timely manner. 

        Adjustments

  • Reasonable adjustments may be offered at the discretion of The Cozy Canine if concerns are communicated promptly.

  • Adjustments do not apply to changes of mind regarding haircut style or length if it was discussed and agreed upon prior to grooming.

        Early Termination of Service

  • If a grooming service must be stopped due to pet stress, aggression, health concerns, or safety risks, a partial charge may still apply for time and services already provided.

  • No refunds will be issued in these cases.

        Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

         Acceptance of Policy

  • By booking an appointment with The Cozy Canine, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
