Refunds

Refunds are not offered for completed grooming services.

If you are unhappy with a service, please notify at the time of pickup or within 24 hours of the appointment so concerns can be addressed and adjusted in a timely manner.
Adjustments

Reasonable adjustments may be offered at the discretion of The Cozy Canine if concerns are communicated promptly.

Adjustments do not apply to changes of mind regarding haircut style or length if it was discussed and agreed upon prior to grooming.
Early Termination of Service

If a grooming service must be stopped due to pet stress, aggression, health concerns, or safety risks, a partial charge may still apply for time and services already provided.

No refunds will be issued in these cases.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
